The question can be about anything. Your own life, or the life of someone you are carrying. People have asked about a decision they could not make alone, a person they were worried about, a situation that would not resolve itself no matter what they tried. If it matters enough that you are still thinking about it, it is not too small to ask.
Two things to know before you send it. It must be one question, not several folded into one. And it needs to be short — under seventy-five characters. That is not Steven being awkward. A question with three parts gets a three-part answer that serves none of them properly, and the discipline of writing it short is often what makes a person realise what they are actually asking.

What makes a question too long or too loaded?
Here is one that would come back to you: "I want to know about my kids, how are each of them doing and are there any more in my future?" That is three questions wearing one coat. Pick the one that matters most and ask that one properly.
How long does it take?
Allow seven full days from the date of your request. If you need an answer sooner than that, the Emergency 24 option answers within twenty-four hours.
