“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”— John 10:27 (ESV)

Have you ever sat in silence, longing for God to speak?

Many of us have prayed, waited, and listened — yet sometimes, clarity feels just out of reach. In those moments, we must remember: God still speaks today. He is not silent. He is not distant. He is faithful to guide His people.

And one powerful way He does that is through the gift of prophecy.

When God Sends a Word Through Another

“Surely the Lord God does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.”— Amos 3:7 (NKJV)

God often uses others to confirm what He's been whispering to our hearts. That’s not weakness — it’s how the Body of Christ works.

When you request a personal prophetic word, you’re not chasing something mystical. You’re humbly asking, “Lord, will You speak through one of Your servants to bring me understanding?”

And He does.

God Sees You and Knows Your Season

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart.”— Jeremiah 1:5 (NIV)

Maybe you're walking through transition. Maybe you're battling doubt. Or maybe you've been praying for confirmation about something specific.

God knows. He sees you. And He still sends prophetic encouragement, instruction, and comfort — just like He did throughout the Bible.

Today, that still small voice may come through a prophetic word prepared just for you.

Jesus Promised His Sheep Would Hear His Voice

When you feel confused or spiritually stuck, remember: Jesus promised that you can hear Him.

Not everyone hears God the same way. And sometimes, He sends someone else to speak what He wants you to know — just as He did through prophets in the Old and New Testaments.

The key is to stay open, humble, and expectant.

A Prayer for Today

“Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.”— 1 Samuel 3:10 (NIV)

Father, I quiet my heart before You today. I’m listening. If You want to speak through others, I’m ready. I trust You to lead me into truth, into peace, into clarity. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Are You Ready to Hear From Heaven?

If this devotion has stirred something in your heart, don’t ignore it.

God may be inviting you to seek Him in a deeper way — to receive a personal word that brings confirmation, alignment, and peace.

He still speaks. He still leads. And He is faithful to answer those who ask.

Thank you, JESUS.

In His Love and Service,

Prophet Steven
